This recipe book is based on my grandmother's collection of recipes, which she collected over many years from a wide variety of people. As my grandfather was a professor of Italian and French, they also spent a lot of time in Italy and France.

As a result, many of these recipes are clearly influenced by these countries.

I myself have grown up with these delicacies and for me they represent a piece of nostalgia that is infused with the love and devotion that goes into making them.

I would highly recommend that you give them a try as well.

Some may seem a little unusual, but they are absolutely delicious.
